Мы можем получить его в достаточном количестве, не прибегая к БАДам – выбирать воду и средства для гигиены полости рта, обогащенные минералом. Соблюдение этих рекомендаций удовлетворит потребности в веществе. Однако питьевая вода сама по себе не предотвратит кариес и другие проблемы – важно ежедневно чистить зубы и обогащать рацион другими минералами, витаминами.
